General Patent Corporation International v. Hayes: defendant declared bankruptcy during pendency of proceeding, after agreeing to take a license.

Play v. GPC: case resulted in a consent judgment declaring the two patents-in-suit, '320 and '470, valid and enforceable.

Acticon v. EXP: case resulted in a consent judgment declaring the four patents-in-suit, '320, '470, '450 and '506, valid, enforceable and infringed.

Acticon v. Psion: case resulted in a consent judgment declaring the four patents-in-suit, '320, '470, '450 and '506, valid, enforceable and infringed.

Acticon v. Heisei, et. al.: plaintiff was awarded permanent injunction, treble damages and attorney fees against defendants Lycom and Advance Creative.
